Upon full payment of all fees, the intellectual property rights to the final deliverables will be transferred to the client, while TechFytra retains rights to its background technology and generic code modules.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are typically milestone-based. A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate any project, with subsequent payments due upon completion of agreed-upon phases.

5. Limitation of Liability

TechFytra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services beyond the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.
