Terms of service

These terms of service govern digital design, software development, consulting, and maintenance services provided by Techfytra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("TechFytra"). Individual projects are executed under a written proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) specifying deliverables, milestones, timelines, and costs.

All project fees are quoted as fixed project rates based on documented scope, or as agreed monthly fees for ongoing care plans. Standard project payment milestones are: • 40% initial deposit prior to work commencing • 30% upon approval of visual design wireframes and structural prototypes • 30% prior to final code deployment and live domain launch Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of receipt via direct bank wire or approved international payment transfer.

Upon receipt of full and final payment for the project, all custom design files, codebases, graphics, and written copy developed specifically for the client become the exclusive property of the client. TechFytra retains ownership of pre-existing proprietary developer tooling, modular component libraries, and general background code.

Successful project delivery relies on timely feedback. Clients agree to provide required assets (logos, content, access credentials) and respond to milestone reviews within 5 business days. Delays in feedback may adjust final delivery timelines proportionally.

Every bespoke web build includes 30 days of complimentary post-launch support. During this period, TechFytra will resolve any technical defects, responsive display bugs, or broken links discovered that fall within the agreed project scope at no additional charge. Ongoing feature additions or maintenance beyond 30 days are handled under an active Care Plan or separate quote.

Projects may integrate third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting platforms (e.g. Vercel, AWS), commercial APIs (e.g. Google Maps, OpenAI), or payment gateways (e.g. Stripe, eSewa). Third-party subscription and usage fees are billed directly to the client's own accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechFytra's total cumulative liability for any claims arising out of or related to our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client under the applicable Statement of Work in the three (3) months preceding the claim. TechFytra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
